CWHBA is excited to announce that ROII refund checks are being processed earlier than ever, and the results are exceptional. Thanks to the efforts of dedicated member companies, the ROII program has once again outperformed every other retro group in Washington state.
A Historic Year of Returns
A Historic Year of ReturnsROII delivered refund percentages above 40% for three consecutive plan yearsâa first in the programâs history:

2023 Plan Year (1st Adjustment): 40.6%

2022 Plan Year (2nd Adjustment): 41.8%

2021 Plan Year (Final Adjustment): 46.0%
Thatâs an average return of 43% across all three years. Even in the face of statewide adjustments by L&I that reduced refund levels for all retro programs, ROII held strong and finished among the highest performers across the board.
This continued success is a direct result of the hardworking companies who lead with safetyâand who choose to partner with ROII and CWHBA.
How to Receive Your Refund Check
To make sure you receive your refund without delay, please follow these three simple steps:
1. Confirm Your CWHBA Membership Status
Refund checks are only distributed to active members in good standing.
- You can renew or pay dues through the Member Info Hub
- If youâre unsure of your status contact us at 509-454-4006 or info@cwhba.org.
2. Verify Your Authorized Contact
Checks will only be released to a verified individual from your company. Photo ID and a signature are required for in-person pickup.
3. Choose a Delivery or Pickup Option
In-Person Pickup Times:

Tuesday, May 28 â Friday, May 31 (9 AMâ3 PM)
CWHBA Office, 3301 W. Nob Hill Blvd, Yakima
Prefer to receive your check by mail?
Weâll begin mailing checks (to eligible recipients) starting June 2.
