Engagement Director
Kelsey connects businesses, drives retention, and leads membership efforts. A builder of relationships and energy, she creates meaning in membership by connecting members to the right opportunities for success.

Government Affairs Director
Andi leads CWHBA’s advocacy efforts, building strong relationships with jurisdictions and ensuring the voice of the industry is heard at every level of government.

Event Manager

Operations & Service Coordinator
