 This stunning living area remodel showcases how thoughtful design can completely transform an existing home. Fortis NW reimagined the space by removing heavy pillars and relocating the fireplace from the exterior view wall, opening up the room and making way for a new picture window that brings in more natural light. The original hardwood floors were beautifully refinished, while a striking quartz feature wall with an integrated television and sleek linear fireplace now serves as the room’s centerpiece.

The renovation also includes a reconfigured sunken living room, a modern cable railing system overlooking the staircase, and custom buffet cabinetry topped with quartz, adding both beauty and functionality. Every detail was carefully selected to create a warm, contemporary space that feels both inviting and timeless.
