The Affordable Housing Council of Central Washington (AHCCW) champions the future of homebuilding by actively engaging with elected officials across local, state, and federal levels. We support candidates and ballot measures which defend property rights, fuel economic development, and strengthen the housing industry.
Our efforts are powered by voluntary contributions from CWHBA members who believe in protecting housing opportunity and expanding access to homeownership. Members who contribute $60 or more annually become AHCCW council members and are encouraged to participate in the candidate endorsement process. Council members who meet the participation requirements outlined in the AHCCW bylaws are recognized as Trustees and granted voting privileges.
AHCCW remains politically neutral, backing candidates and initiatives based on their positions, not their party. Our priority is simple: to elect leaders who understand smart housing policy starts with listening to those who build our communities.
