Operation & Member Service Coordinator
Full-time | In-office | Yakima-based
December 12, 2025
Open Until Filled
At CWHBA, we believe great communities don’t just happen—they’re built. And behind every strong organization is someone who keeps the wheels turning, the details aligned, and the people supported. That’s where this role comes in.
As our Operations & Member Services Coordinator, you’ll sit at the heart of our day-to-day operations. You’ll support members, keep our billing and CRM systems sharp, help staff work smarter, and make sure nothing important falls through the cracks. This isn’t a background role—it’s a trusted one.
You’ll work with a small, collaborative team that values integrity, professionalism, and pitching in. We care deeply about our members, respect each other’s time and talents, and believe accountability and kindness can coexist (wild concept, we know).
And yes—there’s room to grow. This role was built with a future in mind. If you bring ownership, initiative, and a team-first mindset, there’s a clear path to step into an Operations & Service Manager role over time.
Why You’ll Like Working Here
- Your work matters and it directly supports people building our communities
- You’ll have real responsibility and trust, not busywork
- We invest in people who show up, contribute, and care
- You’ll work primarily in-office, collaborate across departments, interact with members and partners, and occasionally support events and logistics.
- The pace is steady, the work is meaningful, and the culture is grounded.
We’re especially interested in candidates who:
-
- Take pride in accuracy and follow-through
- Enjoy working with systems, data, and processes
- Value collaboration and team success
- Bring a service-minded, member-focused approach
- Are bilingual in Spanish and English (a strong plus)
If you’re looking for a role where your work is visible, valued, and contributes directly to a larger mission—and where growth is earned through contribution, we’d love to hear from you.
