CWHBA is Hiring: Operation & Member Service Coordinator

As our Operations & Member Services Coordinator, you’ll sit at the heart of our day-to-day operations. You’ll support members, keep our billing and CRM systems sharp, help staff work smarter, and make sure nothing important falls through the cracks. This isn’t a background role—it’s a trusted one.

You’ll work with a small, collaborative team that values integrity, professionalism, and pitching in. We care deeply about our members, respect each other’s time and talents, and believe accountability and kindness can coexist (wild concept, we know).

And yes—there’s room to grow. This role was built with a future in mind. If you bring ownership, initiative, and a team-first mindset, there’s a clear path to step into an Operations & Service Manager role over time.
