Operations Service Manager

You’re organized, people-focused, and secretly love being the one who holds it all together. You notice the little things others miss, and you take pride in making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Someone who’s equal parts detail-keeper, problem-solver, and team player. the kind of person who:
- Notices when something’s off and jumps in to fix it.
- Loves making things run smoother (and people’s lives easier).
- Can keep the books balanced, the calendar organized, and the coffee stocked.
- Enjoys being the person everyone secretly knows is the real hero of the day.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be the first friendly contact for members — answering questions, guiding them to benefits, and making sure they feel welcome.
- Keep financials, billing, and member records in top shape using QuickBooks and our CRM.
- Coordinate with all departments to make processes work more efficiently.
- Support event logistics so our gatherings run seamlessly.
