The Tour of Homes is a community showcase of new and remodeled homes, presented by local builders and industry professionals. It gives buyers the opportunity to step inside real homes, experience craftsmanship firsthand, and connect directly with the builders behind the work.

Builder How-To Guide
Follow the steps below to get signed up for the 2026 Central Washington Tour of Homes. Use the timeline to complete each step and submit each required form by its designated due date.
Step 1: Register for Tour of Homes!
Click the button below to get officially registered. The sooner you register, the better your price.
- Attend the Tour of Homes Builder Breakfast Kickoff event on February 12th to receive the lowest registration price
- Register by April 3rd to receive $250 off the registration price
- Final registration deadline: May 1st to participate in the 2026 Central Washington Tour of Homes

Step 2: Complete Home Highlights & Homeowner agreement!
Share details about your Tour home and indicate whether homeowners are involved. This information is used for advertising, the printed Tour directory, and accurate promotion of your home.
Complete this step by June 26th for a $100 rebate* of your participation registration.
Step 3: Schedule and Complete Home Photography!
Coordinate with the official Tour of Homes photographer.
- Submit at least one photo or rendering by August 3 and approve builder page for inclusion in the printed directory
- Complete all remaining photos by August 24 so they can be added to the website and mobile app
Receive two (2) $100 rebates* of your participation registration for submitting photos/rendering by each of these deadlines.
Step 4: Submit COO and COI!
Click the button below to send us your Certificate of Occupancy and Certificate of Insurance to confirm your eligibility.
Submit the final form by September 11th to receive a $100 rebate* of your participation registration.
Step 5: Attend the final meeting!
Yourself or send a representative to the meeting on September 10th. This meeting ensures you’re fully prepared for the Tour. We’ll cover:
- Final event details
- Expectations and logistics
- Event-day best practices
- And you'll receive your builder box

*All rebates are subject to timeline limitations and will be issued at the conclusion of the Central Washington Tour of Homes.
