Remodelers Council Cliff Tanasse Scholarship
The Remodelers Council of the Central Washington Home Builders Association (CWHBA) is pleased to offer the Remodelers Council Cliff Tanasse Scholarship. This scholarship is an endowment established by the Remodelers Council to honor late member and top CWHBA Spike, Cliff Tanasse. Cliff was very involved in the Association and had a great respect for the building industry. He was a member of the Remodelers Council and was also instrumental in the Toy Building Project, which was an event where Remodelers Council members joined together to build wooden toys which where then donated to the local 'Toys for Tots' campaign. Cliff continued being involved in the Toy Building Project even after he retired. His biggest passion was building membership for the Association and during his tenure he brought in several hundred new members.
The Cliff Tanasse Scholarship is open to all member companies, their employees and immediate family members under the age of 25. The scholarship applicants do not have to be entering the construction industry, which is a requirement for the CWHBA scholarship.
