- Membership in CWHBA pays a high rate of interest in business opportunities, personal contacts and community service.
- CWHBA links over 750 builders and associates within Kittitas, Yakima and Klickitat counties together in a common endeavor. The aim is to make the improvements necessary to enhance the likelihood of success for the members.
- No individual business will prosper greatly unless general conditions are improved. Members benefit from joining three organizations: CWHBA - 750 members at the local level, BIAW - 12,000 members at the state level and NAHB - 215,000 members nationwide. This cooperative effort achieves the greatest results.
