What is Remodeling on Parade?
Most people are familiar with the Central Washington Home Builder Association's (CWHBA) Yakima and Kittitas Tours of Homes™, but you may not have heard about our annual Remodeling on Parade event. Remodeling on Parade allows the public to visit residential and commercial remodel projects located throughout the greater Yakima area.
If you're planning to remodel your home or business you won't want to miss the 2008 Remodeling on Parade. It can be hard to visualize how products in the showroom will look when actually installed. Remodeling on Parade gives you the chance to see a wide variety of products installed in a number of remodel projects.
The event also offers attendees more than just remodeled kitchens and room additions. The 2008 Remodeling on Parade features a turn of the century home renovation, the transformation of a worn out restaurant into a sparkling art gallery, an outdoor living area, and more.
Along with getting design ideas, Remodeling on Parade attendees will be able to see the quality and detail that each remodeler puts into their projects. They will also have the chance to talk to the remodeling contractors who completed each project, as well as some of their specialty contractors and suppliers.
New this year is the opportunity for Remodeling on Parade attendees to vote for their favorite residential and commercial remodels, and everyone who completes a ballot will be entered win a pair of tickets to the 2009 Remodeling on Parade.
