Golf Tournament

2008 Yakima Golf Classic

The 19th Annual Yakima Golf Classic provides members with an opportunity to get outside and enjoy a relaxed golf tournament suitable for any skill level. The event is limited to just 36 teams of four and the 2007 event sold out early. If you want the chance to market to a broad spectrum of CWHBA members the Yakima Golf Classic is a great opportunity. A terrific dinner and raffle also follows the event so donŐt miss your chance to participate as a sponsor or team!

Sponsorship

Grand Sponsor (Sold: Lumbermens Pro Build) - $2,500

The Grand Sponsor will have an opportunity to display their company banner at the registration table and in the dinner area. They will get three minutes of podium time to address the golfers as they relax after the tournament. Their company logo will be printed on all event promotional materials distributed to the entire CWHBA membership. They will also have the opportunity to distribute promotional items at the registration table, and place company literature or promotional items on dinner tables. Other benefits of Grand Sponsorship include:

Dinner Sponsor (Sold: Pro-Insulation) - $1,500

As the Dinner Sponsor, your company will have the opportunity to display your company banner in dinner area. Your company logo will appear on the rules flyer distributed to all golfers. You will have the opportunity to display and distribute promotional items on dinner tables. You will also receive recognition in event promotional materials. Other benefits of the Dinner Sponsorship include:

Golf Towel Sponsor (Sold: Western Materials) - $1,500

The Golf Towel Sponsor will have their company's logo printed on the golf towels given to each golfer (your choice of two colors, any additional costs associated with color specifications will be at expense of sponsor). You will also receive recognition on the rules flyer distributed to all golfers. Other benefits of sponsorship include:

Golf Cart Sponsorship - $1,000

The sponsor will have signage on and the opportunity to display promotional material in the golf carts provided to the golfers during the event, a table to display company literature while your representatives hand out score cards to players, a company banner displayed in the club house, and your company logo on the rules flyer. Other benefits of sponsorship include:

Goodie Bag Sponsor - $450

As the Goodie Bag Sponsor, you will have the opportunity to greet golfers while handing out Goodie Bags (bags to be provided by sponsor for 144 players). Your company logo will appear on the rules flyer distributed to all golfers, and you will receive recognition in all event promotional materials. Other benefits of sponsorship include:

Beverage Station Sponsor - $400

As one of the Beverage Station Sponsors, your company will receive signage at your beverage station. You will also receive recognition on rules flyer distributed to all golfers. Other benefits of sponsorship include:

Beverage Cart - $400

As the Beverage Cart Sponsor, your company will receive signage on the beverage cart. Your company representative will have the opportunity to meet golfers and other event sponsors as they travel around the course keeping the beverage stations stocked. You will also receive recognition on rules flyer distributed to all golfers. Other benefits of sponsorship include:

Hole Sponsor - $200

As one of the Hole Sponsors, you will be recognized as a CWHBA member on signage at the sponsored hole (opportunity to cooperate with wholesalers and suppliers). At your sponsored hole, you will have the opportunity to engage golfers in a contest, game or drawing, provide literature, product samples, or giveaway items (subject to course rules). You will also receive recognition on the rules flyer distributed to all golfers. Other benefits of sponsorship include:

Putting Green Sponsor (Sold: Ideal Lumber) - $200

The Putting Green Sponsor will have their company name on signage at the putting green. They will also have the opportunity to engage golfers in a contest, game or drawing, provide literature, product samples, or giveaway items (subject to course rules). You will also receive recognition on the rules flyer distributed to all golfers. Other benefits of sponsorship include:

Driving Range Sponsor (Sold: Pape Material Handling) - $200

As the Driving Range Sponsor, you company name will appear on signage at the driving range. You will have the opportunity to engage golfers in a contest, game or drawing, provide literature, product samples, or giveaway items (subject to course rules). You will also receive recognition on the rules flyer distributed to all golfers. Other benefits of sponsorship include:

Golf Ball Sponsor - $200

The Golf Ball Sponsor will be recognized as the supplier of the official balls provided for the tournament (balls and printing at sponsor's expense). You will be able to meet and engage the golfers as you distribute balls at the registration table. You will also receive recognition on the rules flyer distributed to all golfers. Other benefits of sponsorship include:

Hole-in-One Sponsor - Cost of Insurance

As the Hole-in-One Sponsor, your company name will appear on signage at all Hole-in-One holes. You will have the opportunity to engage golfers in a contest, game or drawing, provide literature, product samples, or giveaway items (subject to course rules). You will also receive recognition on the rules flyer distributed to all golfers. Other benefits of sponsorship include:

Sign Sponsor - In-Kind

The Sign Sponsor will have the opportunity to display their banner in a high pedestrian traffic area at the event, and place their company logo (no larger than 3" x 3") discretely in the lower left or right corner on all signs and banners created solely for the 2008 Yakima Golf Classic. The Sign Sponsor's logo will also appear will appear on the rules flyer distributed to the golfers. Other benefits of sponsorship include:

The sponsor will be responsible for providing the following signs: 1 - 24" x 36" Event Schedule Sign, 1 - 18" x 12" Beverage Cart Sign, 18 - 24" x 18" Hole Sponsor Signs, 4 - 24" x 18" Beverage Station Signs, 1 - 24" x 18" sign each for: Putting Green Sponsor, Driving Range Sponsor, Hole-in-One Sponsor.

Shirt Sponsor (Sold: Parr Lumber) - In-Kind

The Shirt Sponsor will have their company logo embroidered on the sleeve of the 2008 Kittitas Golf Classic shirts (the tournament logo will be embroidered on the right or left shirt breast). The Shirt Sponsor's logo will also appear will appear on the rules flyer distributed to the golfers. Other benefits of sponsorship include:

The sponsor will provide 30 high quality golf shirts to the Kittitas Golf Classic Committee at no charge. The sponsor will also provide additional identical shirts to the committee at cost, based on the number of shirts sold during event registration. The shirts will need to be delivered two-weeks prior to the tournament.
