2008 Kittitas Golf Classic

The 4th Annual Kittitas Golf Classic will again be held at Suncadia's Prospector Course. This premier event provides members with an opportunity to mingle while they enjoy a challenging yet playable course, set within a majestic pine and fir forest. This highly anticipated event is limited to just 36 teams of four, with participants coming from all over the state. No matter whether you sponsor or play, the Kittitas Golf Classic presents an outstanding marketing and networking opportunity that reaches a large diversified group of members and guests.

Sponsorships

Grand Sponsor (Sold: Lumbermens Pro Build) - $3,000

The Grand Sponsor will have the opportunity to display their company banner at the registration table and in the lunch area. They will get three minutes of podium time to address the golfers as they relax after the tournament. Their company logo will be printed on all event promotional materials distributed to the entire CWHBA membership. They will also have the opportunity to distribute promotional items at the registration table, and place company literature or promotional items on lunch tables. Other benefits of Grand Sponsorship include:

Lunch Sponsor (Sold: Jeld Wen Windows & Doors) - $2,500

As the Lunch Sponsor, your company will have the opportunity to display your company banner in lunch area. Your company logo will appear on the rules flyerdistributed to all golfers. You will have the opportunity to display and distribute promotional items at the registration table, and place company literature or promotional items on lunch tables. You will also receive recognition in event promotional materials. Other benefits of the Lunch Sponsorship include:

Golf Towel Sponsor (Sold: Mold Solutions NW) - $2,000

The Golf Towel Sponsor will have their company's logo printed on the golf towels given to each golfer (your choice of two colors, any additional costs associated with color specifications will be at expense of sponsor). They will also receive recognition on the rules flyer distributed to all golfers. Other benefits of sponsorship include:

19th Hole Sponsor (Sold: Mold Solutions NW) - $2,000

The 19th Hole will be the gathering spot following the Scramble Tournament while the score cards are tallied. A cash bar will be on site, but soft drinks will be free and hors d' oeuvres will be served. The Sponsor will have the opportunity to display their banner at the 19th Hole, your company logo will appear in the rules flyer distributed to all golfers. Other benefits of sponsorship include:

Goodie Bag Sponsor (Sold: Parr Lumber) - In Kind

As the Goodie Bag Sponsor, you will have the opportunity to greet golfers while handing out Goodie Bags (snacks to be provided by sponsor for 144 players). Your company logo will appear on the rules flyer distributed to all golfers, and you will receive recognition in all event promotional materials. Other benefits of sponsorship include:

Wine and Beer Cart Sponsors (Both Sold) - $600

The Wine and Beer Cart Sponsor will have the opportunity to serve drinks to golfers during the scramble tournament (one Suncadia staff, one Sponsor staff). You will also have the opportunity to display signage on Wine and Beer Cart, and you will receive recognition on the rules flyer distributed to all golfers. Other benefits of sponsorship include:

Beverage Station Sponsor - $400

As one of the Beverage Station Sponsors, your company will be allowed to place signage at your beverage station. You will also receive recognition on the rules flyer distributed to all golfers. Other benefits of sponsorship include:

Hole Sponsor - $300

As one of the Hole Sponsors, you will be recognized as a CWHBA member on signage at the sponsored hole. At your sponsored hole, you will have the opportunity to engage golfers in a contest, game or drawing, provide literature, product samples, or giveaway items (subject to course rules). You will also receive recognition on the rules flyer distributed to all golfers. Other benefits of sponsorship include:

Putting Green Sponsor (Sold: Pape Material Handling) - $300

The Putting Green Sponsor will have their company name on signage at putting green. They will also have the opportunity to engage golfers in a contest, game or drawing, provide literature, product samples, or giveaway items (subject to course rules). You will also receive recognition on the rules flyer distributed to all golfers. Other benefits of sponsorship include:

Driving Range Sponsor (Sold: Fireside of Washington) - $300

As the Driving Range Sponsor, you company name will appear on signage at driving range. You will have the opportunity to engage golfers in a contest, game or drawing, provide literature, product samples, or giveaway items (subject to course rules). You will also receive recognition on the rules flyer distributed to all golfers. Other benefits of sponsorship include:

Golf Ball Sponsor (Sold: Pro-Insulation) - $300

The Golf Ball Sponsor will be recognized as the supplier of the official balls provided for the tournament (balls and printing must be provided by the sponsor, confirmation of order must be provided to CWHBA two-weeks prior to the event). You will be able to meet and engage the golfers as you distribute balls at the registration table. You will also receive recognition on the rules flyer distributed to all golfers. Hole-in-One Sponsor (Sold: University Auto Center) - Cost of Insurance

As the Hole-in-One Sponsor, your company name will appear on signage at all Hole-in-One holes. You will have the opportunity to engage golfers in a contest, game or drawing, provide literature, product samples, or giveaway items (subject to course rules). You will also receive recognition on the rules flyer distributed to all golfers. Other benefits of sponsorship include:

Shirt Sponsor (Sold: Ellensburg Embroidery) - In-Kind

The Shirt Sponsor will have their company logo embroidered on the sleeve of the 2008 Kittitas Golf Classic shirts (the tournament logo will be embroidered on the right or left shirt breast). The Shirt Sponsor's logo will also appear will appear on the rules flyer distributed to the golfers. Other benefits of sponsorship include:

The sponsor will provide 30 high quality golf shirts to the Kittitas Golf Classic Committee at no charge. The sponsor will also provide additional identical shirts to the committee at cost, based on the number of shirts sold during event registration. The shirts will need to be delivered two-weeks prior to the tournament.

Sign Sponsor (Sold: Signdog) - In-Kind

The Sign Sponsor will have the opportunity to display their banner in a high pedestrian traffic area at the event, and place their company logo (no larger than 3" x 3") discretely in the lower left or right corner on all signs and banners created solely for the 2008 Kittitas Golf Classic. The Sign Sponsor's logo will also appear will appear on the rules flyer distributed to the golfers. Other benefits of sponsorship include:

The sponsor will be responsible for providing the following signs: 1 - 24" x 36" Event Schedule Sign, 2 - 18" x 12" Beverage Cart Signs, 2 - 18" x 12" Sponsor Support Cart Signs, 18 - 24" x 18" Hole Sponsor Signs, 1 - 24" x 18" sign each for: Putting Green Sponsor, Driving Range Sponsor, Hole-in-One Sponsor.

Sponsor Support Cart Sponsor - $100

The Sponsor Support Cart Sponsors cruise the course and assist other tournament sponsors. The two carts will each be assigned nine holes of the course. They will be responsible for making sure sponsors get restroom breaks as well as providing any reasonable assistance they might need. Sponsor Support Cart sponsorship will include company signage on the cart, the opportunity to meet the sponsors and talk with golfers as you travel the course.
